I like songs, and I like language, and I like the use of language. But I want it to be done in some original way.
Whoever does the words has a very hard job. That’s the sharp edge of the music. Whatever else the music is doing, if there are words there, you know that is going to be the focal point of the music for so many listeners. And you can really fuck it up with words.
